2020
Proprietary strain family selected and IP-protected. Fermentation parameters dialled in for consistent 60%+ protein concentration.
2021
Scaled to 2,000-litre pilot batches. Third-party COA validated 64% crude protein with all 9 EAAs. PDCAAS confirmed at 0.92.
2022
First supply agreements signed. Moved to GMP-certified production facility. Collaboration with Lesaffre for advanced fermentation R&D.
2023–Now
Operating at 50,000-litre scale. Supply partnerships across India, UAE, and UK. Expanding into clinical nutrition and pet food applications.
